Banner Set Up / OpenX Management.

I need someone to optimise the layout of my site for banner advertising and maximise the site for advertising.? Corresponding zones and publisher information needs to be added within the OpenX software that controls this site.? To undertake this work professionally you need to: 1.? Have working knowledge of OpenX and be expert at the set up of this. 2. Be able to alter the html and css layout from within the classifieds software templates - all fairly easy. 3.? Be able to provide a mix of standard sized "dummy" banners to be placed through out the website. 4.? Be able to offer expert advice on optimising the layout and advertising capabilities of this site. No design is required at this stage but preference may be given to those who are able to work in with designers for next stage or able to offer these services. I just need someone with a demonstrated knowledge of OpenX and site / banner optimisation etc to set this site up with standardise the layout and maximise for banner set up before the designers start working on this site.
