Collanos Software Users/Testers

[Collanos Software][1] has recently launched a new P2P teamwork application called "Collanos Workplace 1.0 Beta". The basic version of the software is offered (always) for FREE!! We are now looking for 50 teams (each with 5-10 team members on average) that will adopt our solution as dedicated pilot users. We will pay every team leader up to USD 100 dollars just for using our free application with his/her team! The payment will be USD 50 after phase 1 (about 1-2 months) and an additional USD 50 after phase 2 (1-2 months). At the end of the year, we will select the best teams and give them additional paid consulting tasks!!! Also, we envision to pay a bonus to the 5-10 best teams (e.g. for extra efforts and highest commitment); at least another USD 100 per team! These bonus payments will be offered to the teams that contributed most actively and for other exceptional achievements. Special achievements could be that your whole University is adopting Collanos or that you promote Collanos through your Web site or other marketing support. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. Your consulting tasks are to be delivered in two phases: **Phase 1: ** -Install the current "Collanos Workplace 1.0" release -Test all the features and functions of the application -Invite at least another 5-10 team members to join your pilot test -Perform real, productive, substantial, day-to-day work as a team - Let the application run permanently in the background, 24 hours a day - Document all the bugs and problems that you encounter (we might give you access to our bug tracking tool) - Provide detailed feedback to us, based on a survey or questionnaire -? Be active on our user forum and contribute to discussions **Phase 2: -** Install all additional versions (or upgrade) of the product that will be released in the coming months -? Test the setup, upgrade and data migration processes - Make sure your pilot team upgrades as well to the latest product versions - Let the application run permanently in the background, 24 hours a day - Continue to provide us with bug reports, support issues, forum postingsand your new feature requests - Provide detailed feedback to us, including how your team uses the application (i.e. in form of a "case study" - we will provide a template) - If you like our solution, promote our application to everybody you know :-) You will always be guided by Collanos about what to do next. Your commitment is basically to use the application productively with your whole team as described above. You must of course be responsive to our feedback requests. You are responsible to work with your teams and to help them out. We estimate your OVERHEAD efforts around 10-20 hours.
