Database problem on Dating website(repost)(repost)

Our existing dating website has a registration form which aspiring members must mandatory fill-in to register as a member. The Online registration form has 6 different sequenced pages which users fills in progressing from page 1 to the last page. At the moment the problem is that the user is unable to successfully go past the first page of 6 pages in the registration, instead the registering user gets an error message that his email address already exists when it actually doesnt. We also notice BLANK new member record was found in the website's admin side used to manage new members (which should NOT be possible as the text boxes in the registration forms all currently check for blanks to ensure all fields are filled-in before they move to the next page of the form) We are looking for a reliable and competent development team who will be capable of resolving this issue promptly.
