Debugging VLC (VideoLanClient) ActiveX-Control

I'm searching for someone who is able to debug the VLC-ActiveX-Component so that it can be used in multiple instances in a VB6-Application. This is a known Bug in the Control, but stands later on the Development-Timeline of the Developers-Crew. A second part is to add a Image-Property to the control, that enables the User to display a different Background-Image, as long as no Video is shown. VLC is OpenSource and you have to report this improvement to the VLC-Crew in such a detailed way, that they are able to use your work in future public releases. You have to supply a reusable solution which makes the VLC-ActiveX-Components usable in multiple instances in an environment, where VLC is installed newly.
