OVERVIEW:
I would like to have an ACD (automatic call distribuitor) which is going to be receiving calls from other Asterisk autodialer server. That server is making outbound calls to PSTN users. When usersdial #1 they are trasnferred to ACD.

I will provide SSH CentOS 6.0 server for testing/development purposes. To ensure quality, you will start from there, I mean from OS system installed. I would like solution to be built using Asterisk 1.8
I will provide acces to Autodialer server too (if ncessesary)
Here some questions/answers your team could have :
-where we will upload numbers to auto dial? these numbers will be uploaded in other Asterisk server which has an application to make autodialer calls. When customer press#1 then call will be transfered to ACD that you are going to develop.
-where we will music, and voice prompts? They are going to be uplodfed on ACD you are going to develop.
-how to get onfo call status messages? ACD "knows" how many agents and how many calls are being processed at that particular moment.
-For call recording we can give option on web to select/unselect?
How to get user phone number for callback?
" dear customer, all our representatives are busy now. In order to call you back, type on your keypad your phone number. Aas soon as possible we will call you back "
Those numbers we will store as DTMF input.
