Autoblog For Empower Network

What I need is for someone to write a standalone desktop program that will auto post to the Empower Network blogging system via various sources. Empower Network uses it's own unique blogging platform. It is not Wordpress, Joomla or any of the other widely used blogging softwares. There is a software program on the market called EN Power Tool Submitter, that will autopost to Empower Network. However, this program only lets users post content from a specific database of topics and categories. What I need is the ability to post content to Empower Network using content from: RSS Feeds Youtube and other video sites Pinterest Instagram Tumblr Blogger Facebook and Facebook Pages Twitter The software should do the following: 1 Allow user to securely sign into their Empower Network account. 2 Allow user to pick which of their Empower Network blogs to post to. 3 Create an autoposting campaign that posts on a selected interval, until campaign is stopped or software license is cancelled. 4 Choose which source(s) to scrape content from. 5 Allow user to choose whether post will be a Text, Video or Image post. 6 Allow content spinning using various spinning services. Mainly, I would like to give users the ability to spin via SpinRewriter The Best Spinner, Spinner Chief and any of the other major spinning services. Basically, the software should work similar to many Wordpress autoblog plugins like WP Robot and Autoblogged. I also need the license to be subscription based, meaning a user would pay a monthly or annual subscription to use the software. Also need the ability to give free licenses to select JV partners. For extra security, I need the license for the software to be usable on only 1 computer per license. Also would like extra security to prevent cracking. Software must work on Windows. It doesn't matter if it works on Mac, but that would great if it did Empower Network provides each member with their own API key, so perhaps that may be useful.
