Hi I need an online booking system that can manage my boarding houses. I have a lot of rooms that are occupied by beds and each clench pays per bed per night. I require a booking system that can tell my clients what rooms are available on a daily basis 2 months being the minimum stay. The system should also allow payment via direct transfer this will include the full stay plus administration charges and a holding bond. The system would need to tell me when a room is becoming vacant and block out the rooms as soon as they are booked.
