Coder required with small design skills

I created for a client this small website [login to view URL] What I need is to create a circuit of 4 website (the existing one plus the 3 at the bottom) that uses the same database of cars and prices but will show a different description in the home page ( Welcome to Kingston, Welcome to Port Antonio etc.. with a short intro text). I need also a form that shows some security level in order to collect the credit card info. The other 3 domains are i will provide once we start work... I will work with you and provide all the graphics and layout. When I say a circuit I mean is the same rent a car company but the idea is to promote the services using different domains that could collect people searching for the keywords city+carrentals. The home page will show a different text a description to avoid that google recognize them as cloned sites. There is no database, I did the existing one using netobjects fusion, a wyswyg software. Once you create the database I can help you to fill it with all the info and photos. In any case we are talking of about 20 items. The graphic layout will change in order to accomodate the different description of each city with photo. Your querries are welcome. Thanks
