I require following features for my software. The main purpose is to organize and maintain the database and quarries of all the teachers working under me and all the clients. 1) Creating the list of all the quarries received by me as interested to teach. Name: Contact: Qualification: Work Experience: Area of residence: 2) Creating Teacher\'s Profile: Updating the previous quarry to profile after personal interview with them. Photograph: Gender: Classes you want to teach: Subjects you want to teach: Preferred areas of teaching: Time availability: Conveyance: Expected fees: Category: 3) Client database: The software should be able to have maintain the database of all the quarries received by us for their requirement. Name of client: Class of child: School name: Subjects required: Contact hours required: How you came to know about us: 4) Selection of teacher by client: After the client has given their requirement and it is filled in the software the software should be able to generate the list of teachers which are available with us and we will give them option to select their teacher on their own. After the client finalized their teacher it shouldn\'t be again listed for the next client (if that teacher is not available according to the contact hours). If the teacher discontinues the tution his/her name should be again visible in the teacher\'s list. If teacher wishes to leave their name shouldn\'t be visible to the list. Points for searching teacher: Classes: (ensure in case of more than one student it works. lets say for 3rd and 4th class, brother sister in same house) Subjects to teach: Area of residence: Time required: Conveyance: Category: Gender: After searching the profile with their photograph of all the teachers should be visible to client on given parameters of requirement. 5) Once the teacher starts teaching he/she should be able to update everyday report of what is done. Apart form that they should be regularly updating their student\'s performance according to the tests conducted by them at home and child\'s performance in school. 6) Parents should be able to give feedback on teacher regular basis (once a month). The feedback should come to me. 7) Attendance: This is MOST IMPORTANT feature that is required by me to have daily check on attendance of my teachers. You can discuss how to introduce this feature with me on telephonic conversation. I have written each and every requirement as of now for my software.
