Content manged web sites

We are looking for a web based content managment system to facilitate setting up simple web pages for our clients. Through the use of an online based system the customer can then make online changes to the template of their choice. Once the templates have been changed to the clients information the application should then generate the appropriate pages and coding so the web page begins working immediately. YOu will need to do some research or be a creative person to create several good looking templates that will be used by professionals in the photo and/or art community. I can assist in showing you designs that I like. It would probably be a good idea for the photographer also to create portfolio pages based on a single template for example under portfolio he could add weddings, portraits, commercial, or whatever category he chooses. In this case each page would be the same only the content would change. Please note that in all cases it will be nessesary for the photographer to upload images to be used on his pages as well as add and change content such as pricing, about us, etc. It would also be nice to have an option for the user to add a blog, and appointment calendar to the site as optional features. The code should be a single code that mutiple users can use. It would be assumed that a user has already logged in and their basic personal information would be availabe to populate the site as well as folder location to upload or copy the final web page files. I wrote that I would like a minimum of 5 templates but to seperate the project a little bit I would be happy with one flash model and one HTML model that is fully functioning looks and works great with all the above features. Please keep in mind that this should be considered an ongoing repeat project and we would like the winning bidder to work with us on a continual basis developing new templates. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform My programmer likes to work in asp but this will be used pretty much as a standalone project but will need to access our database to 1. obtain user data from logged in user 2. Be able to write final web pages to the current users www folder 3. be able to handle multiple users wanting to run the application at the same time
