Custom Integration with YouSendIt

We have an existing web system build on ASP.net. We would like to allow guest users to access a page on the site and securely send files to members of our team. The users will come to a web form. The form will allow users to upload a file (to the YouSendIt system). Users will be allowed to ad notes in the web form about the file. The form will allow users to select a member of our team to send the file to (this data will be managed and stored in our database). The process will send an email notification to the team member selected in the form. This email will include the link to the document and the details in the notes the user entered. The document will stay on the YouSendIt system for 15 days after that the system will automatically delete the document. I'd like to start a relationship with a company that can manage these projects as the come up. At the moment I have 5 projects like this in the queue.
