I have done these via optimizing clients' existing ERP/technical solution, and by creating a solution from scratch in MS Access, or even Excel. It sounds like these are the essence of what you would like this tool to do/provide. I have one question: Are you currently using an ERP? And if so, does this just need to be properly configured/set up? Or, are you looking to create something from scratch, in something such as access?
