We need someone to make some adjustments and "tweaks" to our oSCommerce store and a PHPBB message board that we just recently had installed. Below is a list of everything that I can see that needs to be done right now, but I would like for the winning bidder to be at least somewhat flexible "within reason" as I'm just learning how to use this store and as things are changed and added I may need to make some slight changes or additions here & there. Message Board 1) We'd like to change the terms & conditions that surfers must agree to in order to join the boards. We want it to stay basically the same, but with some minor additions. 2) We have some "smilies" that we'd like to add to the board. 3) We need to know if there is an easy way to download a list of all of our list members email addresses into Excel oSCommerce Store 1) We have set up our credit card billing through PSiGate and have established merchant accounts with VISA, MC, AMEX, & Discover. We need the store and the billing to be set up correctly. The billing "plug in" has already been installed, but I’m not sure how to set it up to "work". I need someone familiar with doing this to get this done. I need to give someone the information they need and I need it to "work"…I don't have time to spend to figure it out! 2) We need to have 5 payment selections for customers to choose from…credit card, PayPal, Check/Money Order, Fax, & Call in. The credit card & PayPal need to be set up, but we need pages set up for when customers choose the other options to tell them what to do (print order & mail in, etc.) 3) On the front page of the store, on the left hand side there are several options to find products, etc. The top one is Categories, then Manufacturers, What's New, Quick Find, & then Information. We need to re-arrange that just abit so that it's…Quick Find, Categories, Manufacturers, & What's New 4) We nee to add a navigation button to the top banner on the left hand side that says "Store Home" and link this to the front page of the store. This needs to be exactly like the buttons on the right hand side ## Deliverables 5) The banner with the credit card images at the bottom seems a little "fuzzy"…like they're bunched up or so mething. We have another banner we'd like to replace this with. 6) Up at the top of the page are three little images for "My Account", "Cart Contents", & "Checkout". This is just above the text links to the samethings. I need these deleted 7) We need to change the "Whats New" on the front page to say something else…and find out how to change that ourselves. We also need to get rid of the image in that section. (over to the right…looks like someone sitting at a desk) 8) When someone adds something to the shopping cart and then they click "continue shopping" it takes them back to the item they just added to the cart. We need this take them back to the main category this item was in? 9) When you look at an item the "Select Quantity" drop-down defaults to "0". We need to change that to one and change the quantity it goes up to to 50. 10) During the checkout process…when you get to the "My Account Information" page… In the address section we need to add a second line for the street address. We need to change post code to Zip Code. In the Country drop down box…we need to make "United States" the default selection. Also, the order for this section needs to be…Address, (then the 2nd address line), City, State, Zip Code, & then country. 11) After you sign up for a new "account" you're taken to a page that says "Your Account Has Been Created!" with a very annoying picture of a man on a surfboard…this needs to be removed & replaced with a different picture. 12) On the payment information page it says: "Please choose from your address book where you would like the invoice to be delivered to." Can we change this to say: "If your billing address is different from your shipping address, please update it here" 13) On this very same page, the options for UPS shipping are out of order. They need to be… UPS Ground, 2nd Day, then Overnight. (Currently, 3 Day is there…that needs to be replaced by Overnight) 14) The shipping charges for UPS seems to be "off" abit. I think it's adding an extra amount and does not appear to be set up correctly. This needs to be adjusted. 15) The store also seems to be adding the 7% sales tax to ALL orders…even test orders placed with an out of state billing address. This need to be corrected. 16) For credit card payments it is saying on the payment page "PSiGate" as a payment option. That’s our billing provider. This needs to be changed to "Credit Card". 17) Also, on the payment page there is no place for the customer to enter in their CVV2 information. I don't know, but maybe this is something that will show up after we have the billing through PSiGate installed? 18) In the credit card field, we need to add a drop-down box to include the names of the credit cards we accept…MasterCard, VISA, American Express, & Discover? 19) After "sign-up" / make a purchase you get an email from "root". We need this to come from a "real" address. We also need to change the wording in these emails ## Platform 20) The email receipt has all of the items they purchased, but listed on one line together. We need a line break between items. We also need copies of the receipt sent to us 21) When you do a search by manufacturer, the image is out of proportion. We need to make it so that this is shown correctly. 22) The "Information" block on the left hand side of the store needs to be moved to the right. Conditions of Use" needs to be removed and we need to have the information for each of the other sections displayed on those pages. Also, the contact us button is not working and needs to be set up.
