CSS / PHP Expert in Zencart Zen cart

We are looking for someone convident in Css, PhP and zencart a dynamic duo. This person must know what they are doing and can provide us 100 percent completed work by the requested deadline. We are looking to convert our current photoshop image to zencart using css and minimal images if needed. The completion of this project has to look Nearly 100 percent like the image example. If you cannot provide a duplicate in css and miminmal images (if any) then please do not bid on this project as we will be extermally disppointed. This project consist of 3 sections. The Header! The Footer! The Left Panel! Please understand your only coding the Header, Footer and Left panel. You are not coding the entire site. If you are familar with zencart then you should know exactly what im speaking about. Your also probably concern about the left panel having checkboxes. Well I have great news. we have this section already coded out for you all you would have to do is put it in zencart and make sure the css is set to look excatly like the image from above.
