Creat simple desktop application to download Keyword volume data from adwords using an API!

I want a script or software that I paste inside unlimited keywords and it gives me back the search volume data using a paid google adwords API. The bid includes everything to get a ready for work tool. Source code would be provided during work so I would be bale to brain storm with it as well. Detailed instructions: Features: Settings for the tool: (the regular adwords tool settings - go to google's tool if you like) Keyword match type - menu countires and territoriea - menu Languages - menu. Local/global - menu Last month/Avarage monthly search volume - menu - I give the tool an excel file with the keywords in one colume and the tool fills the keywords data on the second one. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
