Create program to capture online auction data and store in sql database

Please have a look at the web page [login to view URL] I would like a program that runs from a server monitoring this page. I would like the program to record the following information into 2 separate tables in the database. Table 1: Item name Auction refresh (i.e. 10s, 30s, 1min) Date and time the auction opens Table 2: Item name Auction refresh (i.e. 10s, 30s, 1min) Final Price when auction status changes to closed The program needs to be able to run by itself from the hosting server and to be started and stopped as required through a web browser or similar to give a command to start and stop. When running the program should write to the database each time a new entry occurs (a new auction not started) or when an item is sold, i.e. the auction status changes to closed. Thanks
