Cash Register (POS) Systems

I want to modify or re-create a simple POS system; the system can be modified from the codes of [login to view URL] The system should have the following functions and features in addition to the one which are already available in the above code. 1. Sales POS Module: Payment should be more than one type, like one bill/invoice should be able to be paid by multiple payment methods, like an invoice of 100 can be settled 50 cash, 25 credit card and balance 25 Receivable 2. Products: In the products section there should be a way to enter the purchasing, this system will be used for a used home appliance shop, therefore the products will be in most cases unique (not selling the same product in quantities) there should be an easy way to manage it 3. In the software there should be a configuration file to give default values like company name, address, currency, date format, etc., this information will be used in every module of the software 4. There should be a customer module Sales POS will use this module to sell items to the customers. Also the Receivable part will be linked to this customers 5. There should be a Supplier module this will link to the products and purchasing 6. The system should have reports or reporting modules. The report requirement will be given at the later stage. The total number of reports will not exceed more than 10 with this project. I need the system to be fully tested, and the Coder should be a flexible person to modify any valid requirements during the project. If you already have done similar products, please send me samples. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VB or Delphi and Access
