Challenge: Find Free PDF Creator That Works in Vista(repost)

We require a coder to find a free application that allows for the easy creation of PDF files, which works in Windows Vista. The FREE PDF Creator sourceforge project doesn't work in Windows Vista, or not that I'm aware.
