Hello Everyone. I am in need of a check cashing program. Please view the image to get a better look of how I would like it to look [login to view URL] This should be a simple project if you are good at databases. I will need it to run on a robust database system. From my understanding SQL should be the easiest and most robust. 1. The program should work with the magtek Id scanner. The OCX can be found here [login to view URL] 2. The program should support fingerprint recognition. When a user puts his fingerprint it should popup his file. GrFinger SDK is what you should use. This is a lot easier to impliment then you may think. The SDK can be downloaded at [login to view URL] 3. The program needs to support taking an image of the person using a webcam. 4. This I believe is the hardest part. The program needs to support a scanner. But the tricky part is if a user wants to scan a check and a driver license at the same time the program will be able to separate the two images and display them in the correct area. (if having problems understanding that please email me I can explain a little more clearly). Also it should have the option that if a person has a Magtek micr image scanner that it will work with this OCX [login to view URL] 5. When a users file is pulled up a dialog should appear automatically that looks like this. [login to view URL] where you have the ability of adding a check amount that you are cashing. 6. Last thing required is at the end of the year the program will need to output a text file in a special format (I will send you what it looks like) of all the clients that have cashed over $10,000 in checks that year. Then it should burn it to a cd. That's all there is. If you think you can complete those 6 major tasks then please bid on this project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
