Commenting and Error Correcting of a system

I shall provide you with a program with source code to do the following modifications. These are the requirements of the project. Clearly comment the whole program, so that all of the program processes can be very easily understood. Give a small description on what the algorithm or procedure does, for and example look at the compression part of the'[login to view URL]' module. The saved file when clicked on does not load on to the program, as a word document would load on to Microsoft word. Add this functionality to the program. You will see that the initial functionality for this feature is present, but you need to develop it further more. You may change anything in the program, but you must keep the original functionality and all of the calculations plus the display grid system that is in place. You may add any functions that you may see fit, but do not eliminate any function that is currently available. When you are optimising the program do not call upon any external DLL's for the compression process.
