Convert SQL Blob to Tiff

New Info There have been a great deal of questions about the process we have used to store the images and the format they are stored in and why I want to change to TIFF. Currently we recieve fax on standard fax machine. Data Entry takes the fax and enters the data into a db and then scans the fax with a cannon or fijitsu scanner to save the image to the db. The scanning of the fax is placing very large jpeg files into the db. I did not realize how small the file size could be without sacraficing quality until we started using the brooktrout fax card with windows2003. I think based on all of the suggestions that a vb program to loop through the db and convert the images to tiff or to shrink the bit size of the current jpeg image is the way to go. I am attaching a sample set of records to work with.
