Create Region or PolyRegion

Using the supplied graphic, I want a function that will create a Region or PolyRegion (using API) that contains only the background color (all pink pixels) including the area between the legs and between the hand and body. This function should be coded in Visual Basic 6.0 using API calls, the function will take as a single argument, a form that has this picture set as the form's picture property. Once the Region or PolyRegion is set, the function should simply delete the region using the DeleteObject API call. Your solution should be able to create the region and then delete it as close to instantly as possible. This code should run very fast and should take less than one second to complete it's task. ## Deliverables 1) Module containing the function code. 2) Very well commented code. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
