Daily update a Cubecart Product Database from another windows database

Hi! I do websites for a living and have a hosting company. I do cubecart and wordpress websites. This project isfor one of my clients that needs to keep their own database updated in a cubecart installation. Details: My client is a pharmacy that has an inventory of arund 7000 products. Those products (medicine) are being constantly updated by them. They want to be able to publish their products on the website using cubecart. The reason they will use cubecart is because they need a catalog to put products so in a near future they will activate the store functions to sale. Cubecart is the only one that has payment gateway they need. So cubecart will be used and maybe database will be populated initially via csv. But because all products change constantly (edit price, info or add or remove products) they want to be able to update their products at least once a day automatically. They are using a software that has a SQL database (SQL 2000 sp4) , software is in Visual Basic 6.0 SP6 and they use dyndns to connect to other databases. I will have all the access needed for this to be done. Can this be done and be done remotely?. Cubecart is in a shared linux hosting and uses php and mysql. If you need me to change the budget of the project I can. Thanks!
