Credit letters and On Stop system Full details in attached file To work with my customer's accounts system. Accounts system files are FoxPro and can be read/write by ODBC. I will advise table structure for Customer and Open items tables and provide copies of the tables. This program will create one of three credit Letters and print and send them by Computer fax with no user action required. User maintains “Gold?? customer list of customers in each company - never send Credit letters to Gold customers. Will create stop letters automatically. Computer fax to send the letters with no user action required. All Letter templates to be user maintainable Two companies - each will have different data and letter templates User maintains “Gold?? customer list of customers we never send Stop letters to. Creating the stop letters also updates the Accounting system automatically and sets the stop status on the Customer Accounts. Automatic Off Stop program Runs on the server on a timer at the end of each day Runs on two different companies data files Checks all Accounts that are on stop, if there is no longer an overdue balance, takes the account off stop, emails the company credit controller to notify them that the account has been taken off stop. Keeps a log of all actions taken. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
