Develop a small business web site

Coder needed to develop/design a small business web site. Web site will contain: MySQL tables and PHP. Some flash media for appearances. Ecommerce site. Need to be able to acccept credit cards online Customers need to be able to search part numbers **Example:** they type a part number in an area, a window pops up telling them the info needed to buy, if decided to buy, click a button and it's added to cart. Search and downloaded manuals in adobe format for their use. MySQL table with all the manuals in it. (This would be considered the Parts Manual Library). I currently have the manuals in either adobe or excel format. User freindly for my customers. Shopping cart. Directory of Mfg's Customer needs to have the ability to view their order history, and track online via ups. Need administrative area so that I can go in and process the orders, track, give any neccessary feed back to customer. I want the site to have the ability to keep track of customrs in a data base, keep track of purchase orders I create within the site as well. Ability to process an order from the site, if the customer is unable to do it themselves. Ability to connect with my merchant account. Bright and colorful site. Online forms as well that the customer can easliy print and fax to me if needed. Ability to upload new content on my own such as new parts list and manuals. Ability to upload pictures from a JPEG format. I am also looking to develope a relationship with the developer/Designer. The site will need to be updated from time to time. ***_It must be understood and agreed upon that I will have total ownership and access to ALL CONTENT on the web site. _*** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Program needs to run in Windows XP in all 3.0 and higher versions, interent explorer and netscape. I would like this site to be very compatiable with programs that are used for merhcant serivces.
