I need an application with data entry created in VB that connects to an Access DB that will automatically update information. The receivables and payables application should track customer payments and balance due. The application needs to update a general ledger to indicate a payment or return from the customer, which will automatically update the order information to a paid status. The application needs to run the following reports: automatically generate an invoice at the end of the month for each order that is due or overdue, aging accounts receivables report (30, 60, 90+ days): Display unpaid customer balance on a 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day+ schedule, sales per month by item: List each item in the catalog and the sales amount per month of each item, average sales per month by item: List each item in the catalog and the average sales amount per month on that item. This figure can differ from the sales per month by item in the case of volume discounts or special price breaks for certain customers, total sales per month (all items): List all items that were sold during the month and the total sales amount for that month., and average sales per month (all items): List all the items that were sold during the month and the average sales amount for that month. The program should pass the following test: wrong data type-i.e. alphabetic rather than numeric, incomplete field-i.e. not all information is in the field, improper field length-i.e. the field is too long or too short, unreasonable quantity-i.e., ordering 1,000 stuffed deer heads, out-of-range entry-i.e. allowing an order with a date of May 10, 1932, valid data-i.e. data that is expected to succeed and work in the application, invalid data-Data that is expected to fail in the application, and date entry for required fields-For example, ensuring that information must be in required fields such as a primary key. The program needs to very well documented and a page of pseudo code is needed. I must be able to figure out what the code is actually doing to the program ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Deadline information I will need a beta version Monday or Tuesday Jan. 21 or 22, 2002. If nothing more than a gui with an explanation of the fields.
