Auction Web Developement

I need a website developed that has the same function as eBay but with some changes. During the beta launch the site will be 100% free to use, free to upgrade listing, and there will be no final selling fees. After the Beta launch and the final version is released, the only fees will be after a sell is made and if the sellers would like to upgrade their listing. Buyers will be able to search for items to buy and also create a wish list. The buyers will be notified via email, that an item on their wish list has been listed for sell. Sellers will be able to upload pictures of the item, select the category of their choice, and fill out descriptions of the item. Item listings can be posted as fixed price or auction. Here are some requirements for the website: 1. Same functionality as eBay (you can buy, sell and create a wish list of items and the website will guide you through the process and notify you of an item listed if on your wish list) 2. Feedback/Rating system for buyers and sellers. Feedback can only be left after an item is bought 3. Section to track your orders for buyers + sellers that keeps all of the information organized 4. Sellers can create a “Store” for large amounts of items listed 5. When listing an item, you can buy extras such as being featured on the front page, using a bold title/highlighted box around listing. 6. Search Engine friendly 7. Back end management system 8. Easy to modify web coding when needed for changes or upgrades 9. Create a database that would keep track of all buyers and sellers information (including name, contact info, items purchased, amount spent) (this should be sortable by each category) 10. Web search optimization All offers will be considered. You will be required to show your past work, before being hired.
