Auto web site redesign

I have had my online database designed by a programmer and now need this integrating into my redesigned web site. My site can be viewed at www.Carauto.co.uk. I have designed all the graphics and layout (80%) for the new design site but just need someone to produce the templates and fit everything together. For the right person this will not take long. I would guess that you would have to produce about 4 templates for the redesign then all the other bits will fit into place quite easily. I have taken most of my new design ideas from another similar site www.automotive.com. I have got all the files for the PHP and on-line database that is in MYSQL. I have attached a BMP file showing how I want the home page to be designed. This has the most content of all the pages. The rest are quite straight forward and are on the same lines as my site at [login to view URL] I will be launching the web site with my business at the beginning of Sept so would like this finished quickly. I will advertise it for 5-7 days then will allow the successful bidder to complete the work within 14 days.
