Custom Website Development

Hi, We need a custom built website for our client. The website is: 1.A website for a Sport Club (Squash, coaching, school, Information) 2. Has 4 Items in the menu bar (Squash, coaching, school, Information) this 4 item will have 4 different colours 3. The Design will be simple but very refined. 4. The first item of the menu, will contain a custom "Court Reservation" module like such: [login to view URL] (this one if for the features) but the look should be like "google calendar". 5. The website will not use any renowned CMS, but has to be develloped from scratch. (or if you have your own cms please allow my client to put his name on it.) 6. Frontpage will have a Slider for content. other content for other pages will be provided. (no left column nor right). 7. We have the logo (which is temporary for now but still working on it. 8. Website style design is like this: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 9. Of course the site will contain an admin login, and user member login. 10. We will provide you a server host to work on. 11. The site at the end will have to be in French, so you make room or find a way so that we work together on the translation. Process: A) You provide mockup of the first page The whole idea is: Players need to make reservation throughout the site to get a Squash Court, admin or manager is notified by email and then confirm or auto confirm. You dont have to reinvent the wheel please find a working script for this, then you should be able to customize it. Thanks for your bids, Best regards,
