Custom joomla 3.1 Template and UI for a joomla component

Helo, We want to get a custom joomla 3.1.x Responsive Bootstarp based template made and a UI for a custom component ( component is not required) . The template should be modern and fast. We already have shortlisted few templates and js interaction that we like. A file is attached for the link of template that we really like. All functionality in that template will be required. We need all cosmetic parts (UI) and javascript interactions. You are free to suggest/use any existing templates based on T3 framework or any other joomla template framework. The site will be used as a shopping search / catalog function. that can give you an idea what all would be required. Important : No coding is required as far as php server level interaction is required , for testing javascript ajax based interactions you can use a simple php file which respond to yes / no , enable /disable. or we can provide same. Component. We need following pages for component . 1. Product listing page / search result page (with isotope filtering) 2. Product details page. Options to show large image, more images. Price history graph, 3. Browse product by category page. ( paginated , infinite load , mansoury, all three with options to switch on off ). 4. User shortlisted products 5. User wishlist page 6. Live User activity page , mansoury based auto updating. with product image price, user image , name , city name Javascript interactions 1. Shortlist: ajax based click to shortlist. Visual display on screen for shortlisted product. 2. Add to wishlist : Ajax based click to add to wishlist. > modal window / popup. Select a wishlist ,create a new wishlist . 3. Search bar : Responsive search bar / form with inline drop down suggestions, with price range selector, multi category selector . 4. Star Rating on product detail page. 5. Admin action bar on product detail page with ajax toggle for on off functionality. This will be used for admin level work not much styling is required) We are looking for a Developer with a long term view , we will be adding new functionality and options as we go. Thanks for reading
