Design a New Personal Website

My current website is at rohankw.ash.com. Very soon, I hope to launch a new website at [login to view URL] I'd like my site to be bold, simple and VERY interactive with a high-tech feel. I do not want a website that feels like a template; no "dead" pages with just a colorful background, misaligned photos and a long body of text. The site should truly reflect me, and feel as though it were created for me; meaning my face and photos should be integrated into the feel of the website and not just added like clipart on a page. (Yes, I'm just a tad narcissistic). As you'll notice from my current website: I like to balance simplicity with boldness. It uses a lot of black/white with just a few bursts of color on each page, but for my new site I think I want to add some more color (blue and yellow in particular). My site will have more or less all the typical pages of a personal website, my focus is primarily on the layout and format of each page. I am very serious about launching my new website over the next few weeks and I have plans to continue improving and redefining it's feel so I'm looking for someone who can truly invest themselves in this job.
