Design and build a website

Homepage 1) top right → “home” link, “contact” link , buttons for twitter and linkedin - connection to social medias means only the images of the networks as a link 2) Main navigation bar: “about us”, “investment”, “advisory”, “transactions” - that should bring the customer a better overview towards the sections 3) Subtopics regarding the navigation bar: - (see [login to view URL] as a rough reference for animations) - about us: text, image, animated heading - investment: text, image, animated heading - advisory: text, image, animated heading - transactions: shows recent and selected deals with a short information regarding the property (such as price, size, location), should look like: Image of the property, three bullet points under it, 3 properties next to each other, arrows next to the images to change the selection, option to enlarge picture 4) in the middle of the homepage: - 3 animated images each related to a small sentence regarding the company (use mla website), should change automatically every 5-10 seconds, images( e.g. flat iron building, Brooklyn bridge water view, Rockefeller view) - Twitter feed: it`s on the left next to the visuals → includes the twitter feed, automatically updated by twitter 5) at the bottom: links to “copyright”, “terms and conditions”, “sitemap” 6) in addition: the top with the logo and the navigation bar and the bottom with the copyright etc. is never changing and a continuity in the website General Advice • website has to work on different browsers (e.g. safari, Google Chrome, Firefox) • there should be a mobile version of the website • extremely clean/clear looking website with blue as the dominant color, easily to read • includes animation (in different sections of the website, e.g. see “what we offer-legal risk title insurance” at the [login to view URL] website) • animation at the homepage, investments, advisory and about us • avoid the bars to scroll • fading/texture with colors • font like [login to view URL] • Must have: ability to change text and add transactions • Nice to have: ability to change navigation structure
