I want to combine the features of two sites: 1st. Home Stars where there are a bunch of business categories for home services. The client can go on to Home Stars and find a contractor that has a good rating from other members of the site and hire them. After they have hired the contractor they are expected to leave feedback about the service. 2nd. The second site type that I want to combine with this is [login to view URL] where the service provider can log in and view jobs that have been posted by home owners. The home owners job in detail is listed by service category and location. The customer lists as much information about the proposed job as possiable and the service provider will bid on completing the work for them. 1. The site will have to be able to accept different types of members one being Home Owners and the other being service providers. 2. Both will have home pages where they can accept internal mail from the site. 3. A auction system similar to the one found on uship, with the mapping of jobs and a featured listing area. 4. ability to purchase bidding points from the site. 5. rating system that the home owner can use that will show up on the service provider page.
