copy/configure existing php site from one server to another

I need to have [login to view URL] configured to www.designstages5.com. It's a php site with database setup. It's pretty much copying this site to another while configuring it to operate the same in a separate environment. i'll provide the cpanel access for www.jobsforharvest.com. Also once it's configured on [login to view URL], the following updates need to be added: 1. add an admin area so that owner can add an 8 digit sales person numbers. 2. when a user post their job from the homepage and login and select an order for either 14.95 or 24.95, a popup after they place order for 14.95 or 24.95 will allow them to select the sales person's number before continuing to confirm and pay. 3. once the order is selected and approved, the owner should be able to go into admin and see a list of the sales numbers previously added with the total ads purchased per sales number so that commissions can be paid by the owner. Once [login to view URL] is operating exactly like [login to view URL] with the new added features, then [login to view URL]'s domain will be transferred and [login to view URL] will be copied back to www.jobsforharvest.com.
