A simple PHP based file explorer with basic file operation features

This would be a 5 page PHP website, with login functionality and a simple File eplorer feature 1. An admin login where the admin can create new user and manage users from the database. 2. While creating an User an activation code is sent to the user,this activation code becomes the unique identifier for the user. 3. The admin can view the profile of the user and can view the files the user has uploaded in a File explorer manner (where the folder hierarchy is shown on left and files list in the folder is shown on right panel in grid with few basic file properties) 4. The user login will have the same File Explorer feature as mentioned in point 3 but will only be able to access the folder which is assigned to him. He should not be able to view folders/files of other users. 5. There should be basic file operations on the files like uploading multiple files to a selected folder, option to move multiple file from one folder to the other, deleting files from the server, deleting a folder (this should ask first verify if other files in the folders are deleted or not) 6. Option to change profile information and password.
