A website for collecting data from schools

Please dont bid before checking the detailed disciption in the attached docx file and watching the video that can be downloaded from ftp server: 5.9.120.23 username: guest2 password: guest123 Very short explanation, please see attached docx and video for more info: We need a site were schools log in and answer a few questions and then we can extract that info to excel. 1: Admin page for creating questions and excel looking sheets that can be filled in with info bu user. 2: Email reminders to schools that have partialy filled in info a few days before the time limit, after timelimit it gets closed. 3:Log in page for users 4: Archive for old data 5: Nothing must be installed on users pc for the questions to be answered. 6: One thing i might have forgot to mention is that there should only be posssible with 1 excel pr question sheet. Even thought it should be possible to create as many as you like, but only 1 pr question sheet. You can have as many regular questions that dont trigger a excel sheet, but only 1 that does. The more detailed explantion and video has alot more detailes, its 30min long so please watch it. The person who gets this project will get the next one as well, because we will add more futures to it several times a year.
