Access Report Generator

1. We have a desktop application that draws down fields and data from an online database into MS Access. The online database collects information from registered website users in the form of a survey. Four tables are created ??" these are attached ??" User Information, Survey Information, Answers and Files. Together they form a ‘proposal.’ 2. From time to time the online survey requires changes to the questions. This means that a new database is created. The desktop application creates a new local database that matches the new fields in the online database automatically. 3. This bid is to create a separate Access database that will link to the data in the local database and which will: > a. compile intelligent tables, queries etc. and generate a report on every proposal entered in a set format; > b. create a customisable query that will select proposals based on the answers to the questions, and produce a word version of the report > c. respond intelligently to changes in the number of fields, the headings of fields, and content of fields > ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win Xp MS Access 2003
