Automated Mass Faxing Program/Suite of Programs

We basically ask for quotes from companies that make the products we need. The data we use to prepare the faxes we send out for quotes, is found in Simmilarly formatted HTML pages ( zipped..can be unzipped..) We currently use the faxing wizard that comes with windows xp pro. We basically copy and paste the information we need in to the wizard..one by one to create the faxes..now this is very tedious and we need an application that will automate most the of the clicks..or the whole process. We need just a few data elements obtaines from each html file to create the fax. Also, in the process of creating the fax....a "database" which is online and which we also kind of have on Cd has to be queried to obtain the necessary fax number for each quote....we need someone who can create a fully functional application to meet this need. I will attach and example of the HTML file we currently use. in each created fax we need to obtain the CAGE CODE NUMBER...which we use to query the online database..to obtain the fax number...then we also need to obtain the NSN number...the part number...part description..quantity....then the fax is ready,,,now this process is repeated over and over for all the HTML files ( request for quotes)...all this information has to be placed on to a "template"...or final document to be faxed. So we need an application that can process this data and produce the faxes......am sure you all will have questions an example of the html file we get data from..is here <[login to view URL]> the zipped files are here: <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
