Convert my PHP/MySQL Script to a Windows/MSSQL Script(repost)

I've been using a php\mySQL script for years to monitor auction listing performance that lists from our website. I've switched auction software programs and the new software (Blackthorne) lists from my local computer system using a MSSQL database (Express). I would like to convert this old script to return the same results from this new software and to run in Windows. I've mapped out the information from the old mySQL database to the new MSSQL database so the coder knows how to obtain the correct results. I have a working copy of the old script still active for comparisons and I'm able to provide access to both working databases (mySQL and MSSQL) from an Internet connection. All work needs to be documented and have the ability to be edited at a later date if new information is required from this script.
