Convert test to html (MS Access)

Using MS Access 2000 I need a small app that will allow me to convert text to html. There is 1 database table with fields - Article_ID (Auto number) Article_Title (Text 255) Article_body_text (Memo) Article_title_html (Text 255) Article_body_html (memo) Screen Update I need a screen to allow me to modify the data in the table, one record at a time. The screen will also need to allow Add, Edit, Delete function. Main Function. On the update screen there needs to be a button that once press will - Loop for each record in the table 1. Insert html tags into begin & end of [article_title] field and transferring the end result to [article_title_html] 2. Insert html tags into the begin & end of [article_body_text], plus replace "end of line chars" with html tag "<br>" plus replace "blank lines" with html tag "<p>" then transfer the end result to [Article_body_html] End loop. The command button must be able to do a single record or all records. With the new convert always replacing the last update. I need to be able to add the begin & end html tags for both {article_text] & [article_body] No report required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
