I want to develop a revolutionary new anti-cheat system and league for Counter Strike: Source. The cheating and poorly ran leagues and sad anti-cheats are killing the game. Now is the time to respond with a anti-cheat to provide a revolution to online game play and league structure. The Anti-Cheat: 1. Needs to be state-of-the-art, be able to stop hackers such as [[login to view URL]][1] and a few other big hack sites, you can do your research to discover the other big ones. 2. I want this anti-cheat to be so good that if someone is able to hack it, we can reward them to come forward and show where it is vunerable and repair it. 3. I will own the source code and the entire rights to the anti-cheat, there will be no reselling it to any other leagues without and only with my signed concent. 4. Payment will be completed in the format of 25% down with remainer to be paid upon completion of the program.
