I need simple budget software based in Excel which has a list of regular expenses, living expenses, recreational expenses (I can give you a list of each type of expenses).
There should be provision for patying bills weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annuall expenses. Each group of costs must avearge out to monthly expenses and then summarise to annual expenses on? a summary page.
THere should be an income /wages/salary page with the same income frequencies. There should be a home loan page with provision for calculations for P&I,IO and Line of Credit Loans.
There should be capacity for up to 5 splits with combinations of the above. The splits would include investment loans.
There should be a page for property investments with costs such as loan payments, management fees, rates, maintenance and insurance? as well as rental? income? paid at the same frequencies but averaged out per month and then annually.
There should be a page for other investments such as shares and managed funds with costs of margin loan, management fees, advisor fees with provision for dividends, tax credits.
There should be a page for small business expenses. A page for assets and liabilies. All individaul pages should show a result on a summary page which shows monthly totals as well as yearly totals for all expenses and income along with asseets and liabilies for an overall snapshot.
There should be provision for showing surplus or deficite (red or black).Pages should look simple, be colourful and have our logo (to be supplied) on them. There should be an ability to produce graphs or plots separately? to achieve a visual representation of finances.

It should have the potential to be internet based in the future but for now it can be based in Excel.
