create 3D image of DVD Box Cover and Label

We need a 3-D image created of a DVD Box Cover and Label that we can use on our website and also on print material. We will supply all graphics, fonts, and the exact layout. We only need you to put it together and give us the files in the different formats and sizes that we need. (web, high resolution for print, etc.) Coder must be familiar with commercial printing requirements as the print versions will be used on marketing material. We require this in 1 day so be sure you have the time before you bid. Coder must supply samples of 3-D DVD Box Cover designs and labels that you have previously done. Thanks!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
