Affilliate App

I am looking for a cost to create the following application: Application with a simple input form that would work with the Amazon Affiliate API - if that is available(?) Query to find matching Products as input by an affiliate, and output the following when matches found. Product Image Affiliate Link to the product Affiliate Link to the product Image The output could be a txt file, or within the application. Example: an affiliate could run the program, put in their affiliate info, and search for product categories or specific items. The program would output matching products, and display the information above. Affiliate can copy and paste chosen product into their affiliate site or store. Also thinking this could be done as a Wordpress Plugin possibly, but most likely a simple stand alone exe. I do not know the cost of something like this, or if it is easy or difficult to do. Please respond with a total cost estimate.
