Custom Google Maps, marker placement from DB. Wordpress integrated.

I have two custom Google Maps I've made from custom 256x256 titles. I need them combined into one map but switchable based on the Google Maps layers. (The top right buttons that let you switch between maps). I also need the maps to be converted from their typical coordinates to pixel coordinates, as these maps are pulled from a video game. The coordinates on the map need to match the coordinates from the game. I have a database that contains coordinates, and I want to be able to place markers from the DB. The maps should be integrated through a Wordpress plugin so not to cause any conflicts with the Wordpress theme. This will start basic, and depending on the project outcome I will need more work and will ened someone to expand on this project and build more features and additions. To bid, please have experience with the Google Maps API. Also must have excellent communication and english skills.
