Need a Wordpress template created from jpg pictures

Am looking for someone who can convert our "design" in the attached jpg-files into a wordpress template. It's a very simple, clean design with few features. On all pages there will be a header at the top displaying a couple of different links to some of our services. These should always be accessible and should never disappear on any page. These should be editable in a link list in wordpress The first page that a customer arrives at will be one with our logo and four "menus", each taking the visitor to a "main" part of the site. There should also be a couple (up to five) sub menus displayed below the main menu. When pressing these, the visitor should be taken to that part of the site. The rest of the site should be designed as outlined in the attached file "ataco_sidutkast1.jpg". On the left is a menu displaying the sub items of the current main part of the page. In the page footer the main sections of the page should be repeated as seen on the first page main areas. In the upper right part of the page where it says "Ataco" the current main area should be displayed. the page MUST be able to display swedish characters; åäöÅÄÖ (may be significant when choosing font)
