Web Application and CSS. ## Deliverables All pages have SEO friendly URLS All pages must look exactly like they are laid out in the wireframe. They must use clean HTML and CSS code. They must display flawlessly in IE7 and the latest Firefox. Admin will be able to change the image, text and link for each. Number of buttons is fixed at 7. For all images that use a large and thumbnail version, the software will create the thumbnail from the full-size that is added by admin and optimize both images. * Testimonials here and elsewhere in site are pulled from testimonial db at random and are different every time the page is viewed. * “Design Statement?? is admin editable. * * Rolling over one of the categories on the left swaps the collection image (see <[login to view URL]>) and clicking takes you to the collection page (<[login to view URL]>) * <[login to view URL]> -the thumbnails at the bottom of this page are all the knives in this collection. The thumbnails will be rectangular, not square in a 3-2 ratio. The row of thumbnails will wrap after three images. * <[login to view URL]> -Little thumbs are rectangular. Knife Database * Global Preferences * * Selectable Detail List (“options) (When this is created, it is given as an option on every knife. Also, it becomes a dropdown at the advanced search page. It is not required when creating a knife.) Users are notified of a live event via email. * Users have standard account tools, like password recovery and “remember me?? option at login screen. * Each knife has a “Offer To Purchase?? button. * * A window pops up asking them to agree to terms and conditions * System logs all purchase offers and time stamps them. * Admin View Purchase Offers * * Admin may view purchase offers by knife or user. When viewing by knife, the purchasers are listed down the page, and the number of other knives they have offers on is also displayed. Clicking the user takes you to the purchase offers for that user. This user’s complete purchase history is also displayed. * Admin can change knife status to “Sold, Pending Sale, or Available?? This is displayed to authenticated users while event is open. * “Close?? event, by clicking this the event is closed, and all knives become publicly visible under the archive area. * <[login to view URL]> - items listed under this parent category diverge from the standard format. **All of the below features will use the same style and formatting as the rest of the site.** My Client This is simply a “favorites list. Users create accounts and can add any knife to their favorite’s list. * Dealer Portal * Dealers will use a common username and password. * Download marketing collateral * View listings of products * You will be given a convenient admin system for organizing and uploading files for dealers. * News * The news section of the site will aggregate your mentions in various media. * Add or remove an item through a simple form from the admin control panel. * Testimonials * Testimonials are added and edited by admin and maintained in master database. * * In the side column 3 testimonials will be randomly pulled and displayed on every page that has testimonials. They will be different every time the page is viewed. * Site Search * * A search box will be provided on every page, which will provide keyword matches from all site pages. Search will be internal, not an external tool like “google??. * * Additionally, and “Advanced Search?? will be provided that allow visitors to narrow their search by various knife features and options, as configured above when knives are added. * Dealer Locator * Works as indicated in sample site. Static Pages (pages just containing information and content) * These pages are admin editable through a standard WYSIWYG editor. * The designs now present at the wireframe will be coded to modern CSS and HTML standards * All pages listed on the wireframe will be built out
