code wanted to call rss feeds

Hi coders, I have a concern at the moment with duplicate content on my web pages. I therefore want to add rss feeds to the page to alleviate this problem. I need some code/script to allow me to add rss feeds to my pages. I do not want anything complicated. I want to simply be able to copy and paste the code into my pages where required. My web pages are all html files. I am also not interested in anything Java script as search engines hate this and do not like indexing these pages. Please also bare in mind that I do not want to have to upload files to my server and make any changes to files such as htaccess etc. I just want avery simple copy and paste application. It must allow me to add the feeds i want called and also allow me to request the amount of feeds dispayed with obviously the facility to format the feed etc. Just something nice and easy please.
