design into Wordpress template

Hi there and thanks for reading this bid We have a design that has already been cut up that we need converting to a Wordpress template and installed on the site. You can see the current site here: [login to view URL] The things we need to be done are: 1. Take our design, covert it to a wordpress template and install 2. We have some issues with the newsletter system being used on the site at the moment in that it doesn't always accept people subscribing. I think its Ajax based and it seems a bit flaky. We need an easy alternative to this that just works - recommendations please and installation of any plug-in 3.
