A booking system for a Bouncy Castle company

We are a small Bouncy Castle company in South Yorkshire and are wanting some customer software or a script to manage our bookings for our Inflatables. Our site uses wordpress so we would like to have a script designed that would allow a live integration to our website so customers can check to see if a particular inflatable is available on a date, if this inflatable is available they can book online by filling out a form. We also need a back end to allow manual bookings to be added to the system just in case we take a telephone booking. The script would also need an Andriod and iPhone app designing to allow mobile bookings to be placed by admins plus allowing an admin to see what bookings are in for what date. The system would also need to be linked to a UK postcode database so that when a customer enters a postocde the system can work out the distance from our office to the delivery and automaticly add any extra charges on top. A few other options would need to be added but these would only be fields for data.
